I started my athletic journey playing football in high school, and my college career in 2011 led to significant weight gain. By 2014, I hit 330 pounds, a result of an unhealthy lifestyle. This led to diagnoses of pre-diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol, which profoundly impacted my self-esteem. Motivated by health concerns and a strong desire for personal transformation, I began a weight loss journey, initially just wanting to see the number on the scale go down.
Through years of dedicated effort, including a lot of self-study into workout plans and nutrition strategies like calorie deficits and macro tracking, I successfully dropped 130 pounds by the end of 2018. I even managed to do this while working a sedentary desk job. As my colleagues and online followers witnessed my transformation, they became inspired, which led me to establish a brand and business.
Now, I'm dedicated to coaching others and sharing my belief that achieving health goals is absolutely within everyone's reach. I truly embrace this "second life," enjoying inspiring people online and offering helpful advice.
